I currently have the privilege of being mentored by Mark as a part of Rose Management Group's IT team. To say he's had an impact on me would be an understatement. What I appreciate most about Mark's style of leadership is his focus on depth. For every system, network configuration, or deployment process he taught me, he never stopped at the surface level. He always focuses heavily on the "why" behind things being done a certain way. Understanding the reasoning behind things like this greatly helped me to generalize the lessons I was learning to any new challenges I encountered.

Beyond his mentorship, Mark is the kind of person who leads by example every single day. Since starting this line of work, I can see how easy it is to just be reactive, but Mark constantly looks ahead. Even while managing his daily workload he consistently looks for additional chances to grow or help more. Whether that was learning new systems, studying for certifications, or even learning more about someone else's job so he can support them better, they were all learning opportunities that he'd take every time.

Ultimately, Mark brings a great combination to any organization: deep technical and operational knowledge, amazing energy, and a sincere, uncompromising commitment to doing things the right way. I give him my absolute highest recommendation, and I am confident he will bring immense value to any team or project fortunate enough to have him.
